Below is a record of year-on-year land sale price escalations. We compare the land price per square metre of deals initiated and closed by our clients’ teams versus those we initiated and closed, starting a year before Ndlulela was founded.

Ndlulela’s land sales summary since inception in 2017:

  • Over R 200,000,000 land deals facilitated and closed.
  • Clients’ internal teams closed 67% of the land sale volume by price (i.e., where introductions were made directly to them or being our repeat clients).
  • Ndlulela closing the remaining 33%.
  • Overall, Ndlulela closed deals at prices 6.3% higher, earning our clients a 1.9% prospective return.
